Delete account

You can delete your RenoStack account and your data yourself at any time – in the app or in the browser. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

In the app (iOS and Android)

  1. Open RenoStack and sign in.
  2. Tap your profile.
  3. Choose Delete account and confirm. For your security the app asks for your password, or your Apple or Google sign-in, once more.

In the browser

  1. Sign in at renostack.stagworks.de.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

If you can no longer access your account, write to info@stagworks.de from the email address you registered with, and we will delete the account for you.

What is deleted

  • your account and your user profile
  • your projects with all their content, e.g. contractors, quotes, schedule, tasks, expenses, appointments, planned costs, diary and documents
  • invitations you created
  • attachments stored in the cloud

Projects you only joined belong to the person who created them and remain. Projects you own and share with others can be handed over to another member or deleted for everyone beforehand.

What does not happen automatically

  • Subscriptions are not cancelled. Cancel a running RenoStack Pro subscription first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or in your profile under Manage subscription.
  • Data stored locally on your device is removed by signing out or uninstalling the app.
  • Purchase records held by RevenueCat and the stores are subject to their retention periods. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.

Before deleting, you can download your project data as a JSON file via Export data in your profile. More in the privacy policy.
